- Heat & Flame Caution – Acrylic is heat-sensitive and can deform or discolour under high temperatures. Keep the Devalaya away from direct flames or heat.
- Cleaning Instructions – Use only a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, alcohol-based solutions, or abrasive materials that can cause dullness or micro-scratches.
- Fingerprints & Smudges – The glossy acrylic surface can attract fingerprints. Regular gentle cleaning is recommended to maintain its pristine look.
- Impact Resistance – While strong, acrylic can crack or chip upon heavy impact. Handle with care and avoid accidental  drops.
- Proper Handling –Always lift and move the Devalaya with both hands to prevent stress on joints and maintain balance, especially for larger sizes.
- Safe Driving- While using the devalaya in a vehicle, please note that higher speeds, sudden jerks due to potholes, uneven roads, or speed breakers may cause the devalaya to detach from its base. Drive carefully to avoid any detachment.
- Non-Returnable- As these products are crafted upon order and highly personalized, they may not be eligible for returns unless damaged during transit.
- Weight Limitation- Ensure idols or accessories placed on the devalaya do not exceed 200g to avoid stress on the structure.
- Indoor Use Only – This devalaya is designed for indoor use (car, home, office etc.) and is not weatherproof.
- Reliability Tests – All reliability tests are conducted under controlled factory conditions, and results may vary in different environments.

- Solar Panel Efficiency – Solar charging performance depends on the availability of direct sunlight. Place the panel in unobstructed light for optimal charging. Using UV/heat proof sheets on the glass can also hamper solar panel efficiency.
- Battery Capacity – The in-built 650mAh battery may require periodic recharging using the USB Type-C port if sunlight exposure is insufficient.
- Limited Warranty – Electronics, including lighting and solar panels, come with a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Electrical Safety – Only use the 5V 1A rated charging adapter or port with USB Type-C cable to prevent potential electrical hazards.
- Light Flickering – In rare cases, RGB lighting may flicker due to low battery. Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.
- Power Backup – Continuous lighting may not be available if the battery is drained. Recharge promptly to maintain functionality.
